About Us

District Kills Records was founded in 2008 with the idea of being a different kind of record label. We're not here to exploit any bands; we're just around for the music. We’re building a community, a family if you will, of like-minded bands and people.

All of us at District Kills are really proud of our bands, and we think we've got a very solid group of musicians. We would really appreciate it if you checked out all our bands. We have bands all over East Coast and soon we'll be branching out nationwide. You can find out about all of our bands on the Artists page of this site. Our currently signed bands are: Like Waves, Wolves, Avenida, Farewell, Dreamer and The Gulls. We have a few more, but those are still being kept under wraps for now.

Last year we took the majority of our artists on the road as we followed all of Van's Warped Tour; expect to see us again this summer! We have a ton of really awesome and exciting stuff planned for 2011, and we can assure you we'll be seeing many of you at some point over the next year.
